After three days of testing Keith Gillette and Steve Jackson have been promoted to Captain.  The grueling testing process consisted of a Written Test, Board Panel Interview, Practical Exams, and a Chief's Interview.  The two were tested on material from 6 different books that covered the areas of Medical protocols, Fire ground Operations, Stratagies and Tactics, Company Officer, and Leadership.  Congratulations to Keith and Steve!
